For anyone outside the SEO world, the topic can be quite intimidating. I’ve done training sessions where people have felt relieved at the slow paced digestable way i’ve broken things down for them. Sometimes there’s an unconsious expectation for people to pick up things quickly because you get it. I ensure that my training sessions are explained in a way so everyone in the room gets it. Of course there are more advanced versions for those more savvy and in the know, but I’m also all about that 101 baseline training when needed.
